Building Direct Human Connection in the AI Era
ZONE is a project that explores new forms of human connection in the age of AI.
As MoriKei, I am actively experimenting with:
- Creating original electronic music
- Performing live in VR spaces
- Building communities through Web3 technologies
By openly sharing both successes and failures, I aim to explore a simple question:
How can individuals build trust, connect with others, and create new projects together in the AI era?
ZONE is not a place for abstract theories.
It is a place for real-world experimentation and documentation.
MoriKei – Prototype #1
I am the first prototype within ZONE.
As a VR musician, I am experimenting with:
- Releasing original music
- Hosting VR live performances
- Building communities
- Exploring Web3 technologies
I share not only what works, but also what doesn’t.
ZONE is not a finished project.
It is an open experiment exploring how far an individual can go in the age of AI.
Why Does ZONE Exist?
The future feels increasingly uncertain.
What seems correct today may become obsolete a year from now.
We are moving beyond a world of fixed goals and predictable paths into a world where multiple answers coexist and everything continues to change.
Traditional organizations provide stability.
They are designed to minimize risk, follow established practices, and prioritize repeatable outcomes.
That is rational.
However, I believe it is often difficult for entirely new ideas to emerge from systems designed primarily to avoid failure.
So what can navigate uncertainty?
My answer is:
Networks of individuals connected by shared values.
People who maintain their own identity and projects.
People who collaborate when needed and separate when their paths diverge.
Not rigid organizations, but flexible networks that continuously adapt to changing circumstances.
In this world, reputation is built differently.

We may be moving from a world where people are valued primarily by the organizations they belong to,
to a world where they are valued by what they have actually done.
I believe that possibility is worth exploring.

Through music.

Through community.

What Happens Next?
I start by experimenting myself.
Then I share everything I learn.
If others resonate with these ideas, they may begin their own experiments.
New projects may emerge.
New collaborations may form.

That is the future ZONE hopes to explore.
