Veil

Veil is a Vocaloid-driven electronic track blending minimal techno, jazz-influenced harmony, IDM, and fragmented D&B textures.
The track moves between two contrasting worlds: a melodic, vocal-driven first half and a more repetitive, abstract techno second half.
Its theme emerged from a feeling I’ve had since around 2020 — that the world is quietly moving into a different phase, even while everyday life appears unchanged.
The “veil” represents the invisible boundary between the familiar world and an uncertain future.

Veilは、Minimal Technoを軸に、Vocaloid、Jazz的なハーモニー、IDM、断片的なD&Bの要素を組み合わせたElectronic Musicです。
メロディとVocaloidを中心とした前半から、より反復的で抽象的なTechnoの後半へと移行していきます。
テーマになったのは、2020年前後から感じている「世界が静かに別の段階へ移りつつある」という感覚です。日常の風景は変わらないのに、その下にある社会や価値観は変化していく。
“Veil”は、慣れ親しんだ世界と、まだ分からない未来との間にある見えない境界を表しています。
